Pacific Yield is an Edmonton-based hospitality commercial advisory firm helping hotels, resorts, RV parks, residences and short-term rental portfolios turn data into stronger, more profitable performance.
The firm is led by Mr Haq, an award-winning hospitality commercial and operational leader with more than 20 years of experience across revenue management, distribution, sales, pricing and hotel operations.
That experience spans Marriott, Kempinski, Dusit Thani and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, with senior leadership assignments across Thailand and Africa and project work supporting hospitality businesses in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Pacific Yield combines commercial strategy with an operator’s understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Engineering and the guest experience. This broader perspective helps clients understand how pricing and distribution decisions affect resource planning, operating cost, guest satisfaction and overall profitability—not revenue alone.
Since 2021, its leadership has supported revenue initiatives for more than 50 RV parks across North America, alongside hotel, resort and short-term rental assignments. Every engagement follows the same disciplined approach: expand digital reach, price to demand, strengthen business mix and make decisions through analytics—not assumption.
